It’s a common misconception that you’re just paying for the time I’m physically there with the camera — but there’s so much more that goes into your session behind the scenes. My pricing reflects not just the shoot itself, but also:

• Pre-session planning (scouting, coordination, emails)

• Post-production editing and curation of your gallery

• Travel time, mileage, and on-site flexibility

• Professional-grade gear (and the maintenance that comes with it)

• Software, storage, and gallery hosting

• And most importantly, the experience, creative vision, and care I bring to every project

You’re investing in a tailored, high-quality experience — not just “photos,” but a final product you’ll actually want to share, print, and remember.

I focus on full sessions because they allow for the kind of storytelling I’m known for. Quick shoots often feel rushed and don’t allow enough time for real moments. That’s why I offer 1, 1.5, and 2 hour packages — so you can relax, change outfits, and get a variety of shots without pressure.

These sessions take more planning, precision, and pressure. For proposals, I often coordinate with one partner, scout discreet locations, and make sure I’m capturing an unrepeatable moment. Engagements are often styled with outfits, multiple poses, and locations — which involves more directing and storytelling.

That extra prep, emotion, and attention to detail is built into the investment.

For corporate events, trainings, or ribbon cuttings, you’re getting:

• Coverage time (hourly, half-day, or full-day options)

• A curated highlight gallery with storytelling images for internal use, social media, or marketing

• Professional and consistent editing style

• Clear communication beforehand to understand what moments matter most

You’re not just getting someone to document — you’re getting a visual storyteller who understands how to make your team and space look their best.

When I photograph your project, I bring a designer’s eye — because I am a designer. You’ll receive:

• Professionally edited, straightened, and retouched images of your space

• Composition that highlights form, material, and spatial flow

• Optional blue hour or context shots

• Delivery optimized for portfolio, marketing, or award submissions

Each package is based on project size and number of images delivered with optional licensing add-ons.

The deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your spot on my calendar and covers time spent planning your session. However, if you need to reschedule and give at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred once to a new date.

Yes — I love working with clients to personalize their session! Every story is different, so your session can be too. Whether it’s adjusting the length of your shoot, combining session types, or adding on extra edits, I’m happy to create something that fits your vision.

Here’s what customization can look like:

• Grads & Portraits: Want to combine cap & gown with a creative solo shoot? Need more time for multiple locations on campus? Let’s chat — I can adjust the session to make it seamless.

• Couples, Proposals, & Engagements: We can build a custom timeline to include the surprise moment, a mini portrait session afterward, and multiple outfit/location changes if you’d like something more styled.

• Event Coverage: Hosting a unique event with specific shot needs (like speeches, awards, or detail coverage)? I’ll work with you to build a coverage plan and select the right number of hours.

• Architectural Photography: Every project is different. I’ll tailor coverage based on square footage, complexity, lighting, drone needs, and image usage (portfolio, awards, marketing, etc.).
